Terms made simple.
Please read these terms before placing an order. They explain how orders, payments, delivery, returns, exchanges and refunds are handled at Velessa.

Orders
After a successful payment, your order is recorded and processed for dispatch. Velessa may hold or cancel an order only if payment fails, customer details are incomplete or incorrect, the order looks suspicious, or operational verification is required.

Payments
Payments are processed through secure Razorpay payment gateway. Velessa does not store card, UPI, wallet, net banking or other sensitive payment details.

Customer Details
Customers must provide correct name, phone number, email, address, city, state and pincode. Delivery delays or failed delivery due to incorrect customer details will not be Velessa’s responsibility.

Shipping & Delivery
Orders are shipped through courier partners. Delivery timelines may vary depending on location, courier serviceability, weather, holidays and operational delays. Maximum estimated delivery time is usually up to 7 days from order date.

Return Policy
Return requests are accepted within 3 days of delivery. Product must be unused, unwashed, clean, undamaged, and must have original tags, loops and packaging intact. Return approval depends on product inspection after pickup.

Exchange Policy
Exchange requests are accepted within 3 days of delivery for size, product or genuine issue cases. The item must be unused, unwashed, clean and in original condition. Exchange is subject to inspection and stock availability.

Refund Policy
Refunds are processed only after the returned product reaches our warehouse and passes inspection. Once approved, refund is usually processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method or the eligible refund mode.

Return Pickup & Inspection
After a return or exchange request is approved, pickup is usually attempted within 24–48 hours. If the product is used, washed, damaged, stained, missing tags, or missing original packaging, the request may be rejected after inspection.

Website Usage
You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, copy Velessa content, disrupt services, submit fake orders, or use the website for fraudulent or illegal activity.

Velessa may update these terms when required. Continued use of the website after changes means you accept the updated terms and policies.
